Vincel is the holder of numerous academic qualifications along with a wealth of experience and knowledge. With certifications such as MPhil, MBA, LLM and LLB, his leadership and legal expertise is highly diversified. His experience ranges from counter trafficking and forensics to public relations and strategic crime control. He also retired at the second highest rank within the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service at Deputy Commissioner of Police.
