Our officers undergo a multi-pronged selection criterion based on physical, cognitive, mental, medical, emotional and environmental assessments designed to extract the premium of the industry. Once completed, an intensive training regimen is initiated which focuses on physical hands on real time scenarios, international best practices and learned theories from industry world leaders such as TAIT Radio Academy, OnSsi, Ocularis, Microsoft, Trinidad Police Service and Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force. Officers are trained in leadership, powers of arrest, information technology, first aid, incident response, emergency drills, deportment, defensive driving as some of the key areas of employee development.
